Cindi “is a 2 year old Puerto Rico mix who is one of the sweetest dogs at the shelter currently. She can be independent when she needs to be, but always loves cuddles. She is also very loving and outgoing once she becomes comfortable around someone. She is the mom to 2 puppies that were adopted to forever homes earlier this year.”
