Fetch Life® ships via United States Postal Service. We will try to accommodate requests for more expedited shipping if necessary but ask that you please contact us at the time of placing your order.
We make a very conscious effort to ensure that all items that look like they are available on the web site, actually are. On a few occasions, items may be backordered and will be indicated on the product page. There are oversights on occasion so you will be notified via email that your item is backordered at which time we will ask whether you prefer to wait for the item to become available or cancel the purchase.
The state of Florida has mandated that sales tax to items shipped to Florida must be applied to the cost of items as well as the cost of shipping. There is currently no tax on items shipped out of state.
Returns and Exchanges:
At Fetch Life®, your satisfaction with our products is of utmost importance. We make an extra effort to offer quality products and do not want you to be disappointed with a selection. In that regard, we will gladly accept an item to be exchanged or refunded provided it is within thirty days of purchase. We will not refund the cost of shipping if an item is damaged but will replace the cost of the item if it is not to you or your canine’s satisfaction. A copy of your original sales receipt must accompany the returned item and it must be in our hands prior to a refund or replacement being issued. We are sad to see items come back to us but want to leave you with a positive Fetch Life® experience and will try to honor all returns.
