Shipping Policies:
Fetch Life, LLC ships via United States Postal Service. We have found
that USPS Priority mail is more efficient and enables us to ship to Post
Office Boxes. We are able to ship via UPS Ground if that is what you prefer,
but a special request upon checkout would be required and a rate increase
would be applied.
The majority of orders placed Monday through Friday before noon, EST, will
ship within forty eight hours assuming the items are in stock. During busy
holiday times such as Thanksgiving through December holidays we need a
little more time, so allow us seventy two hours to process your order and
get it on its way.
Shipping costs can be estimated on the web site during the ordering process.
After you proceed to ‘Checkout’, the final amount will be calculated by
destination of your shipment based on postal codes.

We make a very conscious effort to ensure that all items that look like they
are available on the web site, actually are. On a few occasions, items may
be backordered and will be indicated on the product page. There are
oversights on occasion so you will be notified via email or telephone that
your item is backordered at which time we will ask whether you prefer to
wait for the item to become available or cancel the purchase.
The state of Connecticut has mandated that sales tax to items shipped to
Connecticut must be applied to the cost of items as well as the cost of
shipping. Items of clothing on our web site fall far below the bar for
taxable clothing, therefore there is no sales tax on Human clothing.
Returns and Exchanges:
At Fetch Life LLC, your satisfaction with our products is of utmost importance.
We make an extra effort to offer quality products and do not want you to be
disappointed with a selection. In that regard, we will gladly accept an item to
be exchanged or refunded. We will not refund the cost of shipping if an item is
damaged but will replace the cost of the item if it is not to you or your
canine’s satisfaction. A copy of your original sales receipt must accompany the
returned item and it must be in our hands prior to a refund or replacement being
issued. We are sad to see items come back to us but want to leave you with a
positive Fetch Life experience and will try to honor all returns.
